How to remove oil stains from concrete Print E-mail
Essentially the answer is in two parts.  Firstly you need something that is going to act as a solvent for that oil, and secondly you need something that is going to soak it all up (instead of your concrete).

The CSIRO Helix club has a solution involving mineral turpentine and lime, mixed to become a paste.  The turps dissolves the oil and the lime absorbs it as it dries.  Multiple applications may be required, depending on the depth of the oil stain in your concrete.
